Tuition, Fees and Related Policies

Requirements for effective ministry include personal responsibility and a sense of stewardship of life. Student tuition and fees cover a fraction of the cost of the education offered by Carolina Bible College. This necessitates additional funds from outside sources. God has been gracious to CBC and to that end we will continue to keep costs as low as possible so that everyone may be served.

All tuition and fees are expected at registration. Alternative payment plans can be arranged through the Office of the Registrar on a case-by-case basis.

Withdrawals and Refunds

When it is necessary to drop a class, the student is required to complete a withdrawal form, signed by the professor, and submitted to the Registrar. Withdrawal forms are available in the registrar’s office. If the student is passing the course at the time of withdrawal and financial obligations are met, the grade will be recorded as WP (Withdrew Passing), otherwise it will be WF (Withdrew Failing). No student who withdraws from the college for any reason is entitled to a transcript of credits until his or her financial obligations have been satisfied with the business office, registrar, and librarian.

Tuition refunds must be requested in writing at the time of withdrawal.
